She/her
Clinical Therapist
If you’ve found yourself here, take a moment to take a deep breath and thank yourself for getting this far. When life throws you every possible curveball imaginable, taking the steps to find help can feel insurmountable. But we do not exist in this world alone, and it’s okay to need people. Welcome, and thank you for being here. My name is Danielle Culpepper, and I am an LPC. I have years of experience working with teens and adults with specialized training in CBT, DBT, and Somatic Interventions. It is my goal as your therapist to meet you where you are and create space for you there. I am well versed in mental health challenges involving life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, identity development, trauma, problem-solving/decision-making, and anxiety and depression. I hope we can work together to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
My guiding philosophy on mental health is that healing is not simply becoming the “best” version of yourself, but it is also letting the “worst” version of yourself be loved. Healing is acknowledging that every single version of you deserves love. Strengthening your mental health takes time and effort. But the healing adds up, little by little. I am committed to walking with you on your journey and guiding you in the direction that is best suited for your life. Thank you for taking your first step with me.
I see clients on Monday 10 am- 12 pm, Tuesday & Wednesday from 1p-7p and Thursday 11 am- 3 pm online. I am under the supervision of Aliyah Wilson, LPCC-S.
