Arianna Vasquez, AMFT

Life can feel heavy at any stage of life and it can feel very difficult to navigate life with and
without support. Whether you are feeling lost in life, overwhelmed by life, or would like support navigating your emotions. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) supervised by Trina Bautista, LMFT. I work with adults, teens, couples, parents, and women navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I provide support for trauma and PTSD, perinatal mental health, ADHD, self-esteem, identity exploration, and LGBTQ+ concerns. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to manage their emotions, or struggling to communicate and identify what they’re feeling. My goal is to create a safe, grounded space where you don’t need to have the “right” words, just a willingness to show up as you are. In our work together, I tailor treatment to your unique needs and draw from CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, attachment-based and strength-based approaches. My goal is to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and heal from the experiences that shaped you. I have four years of experience working with teens ages 14-19 and a strong passion for trauma-focused and perinatal care. I became a therapist because I understand how difficult life can be when no one taught you how to cope or grow from trauma. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy is a place for healing, growth, and learning new ways of moving through the world. I’m here to walk with you through every step of your journey.

Arianna works with teens 14-18, adults (18-65), and couples.

Therapy isn’t Taboo: A Soft Place to Land

May 17, 2025 By De'Asia Thompson

For too long, therapy has felt like a foreign concept—something “other people” do. But for Black women especially, therapy has historically been positioned as not for us. This needs to change. This is the first in a multi-part series exploring why therapy feels unfamiliar and why we need it now more than ever. Therapy is […]
