She/Her
Clinical Therapist
I am a clinically licensed multistate social worker serving clients in Ohio, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, and Louisiana all through a fully virtual model designed for accessibility, safety, and real-life healing. I also go by Randi. I am a social justice champion for the rights of Black women and all women, and I bring that passion into every space I enter. I hold a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Social Work, and I am currently a doctoral candidate pursuing a degree in the Social Foundations of Education with a focus on intimate partner relationships and violence prevention education.
I believe therapy is a form of education one that empowers self-awareness, self-reflection, and the critical consciousness needed to become the best version of yourself. Once you become educated on the issues that impact you, you begin to reclaim your power.I celebrate Black women and all women, and I empower healthy mental well-being through care grounded in cultural humility that centers the client and their lived experience. I specialize in culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy that honors identity, legacy, and emotional safety.
My work focuses on helping Black women and other marginalized groups of women navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression particularly when rooted in intimate partner relationship wounds such as post-divorce pain and relationship abandonment, including infidelity, betrayal, and emotional disconnection. These experiences often diminish self-worth and confidence, and I provide a safe virtual space to reclaim your voice, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and make meaning of your relational wounds. I offer fully virtual therapy rooted in real-life healing. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, feminist social work practice, Afrocentric frameworks, and deep respect for boundaries creating space for women to restore their power, rewrite their narratives, and evolve into the best version of themselves.
I’m a creative social worker. I don’t just talk, I listen with intention and build with you. Our sessions will be collaborative, emotionally fluent, and tailored to your rhythm whether you process through visuals, reflection, or interactive tools that help bring the work to life. All of it happens virtually, with safety, flexibility, and real-life healing. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, relaxing, and taking time for myself. I’m an Oreo fanatic I love watching 90s shows, and I’m a girls’ girl. I’m all about women’s empowerment, and I love to see other women win.
Randisha currently accepts online clients Tuesdays and Thursday 5 pm to 9pm, Saturdays 9 am to 1pm, and Sundays 12pm to 4pm.
