Teen Girls Skill Group
EmpowerMe is a dedicated support group tailored for teen girls between the ages of 11-13 and 14-17. This group seeks to cultivate an environment of understanding, acceptance, and empowerment. Our goal is to equip our members with essential life skills, enabling them to confidently navigate their teenage years.

Better with Boundaries
This 8-week group supports adult women (18+) who struggle with people-pleasing and putting others’ needs before their own. Participants will explore personal boundaries and learn how to set, express, disclose, and enforce them with clarity, confidence, and compassion—without guilt or over-explaining. This can also be modified for teens.

Grief Support
Ages 11-17 (Will separate by age, based on interest)
This group provides a safe, age-appropriate space for youth to process grief and loss with peers who understand. Participants will explore emotions, build coping skills, and feel supported by licensed clinicians in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed environment.
Adult Grief Support Group (Ages 18+)
This group offers compassionate support for adults navigating the loss of a loved one, without pressure to grieve a certain way or on a timeline. Participants will connect with others, process their experiences, and learn healthy ways to live alongside grief with the support of licensed therapists.

Anger Management & You

Anger Management Group (Ages 15–17 | Boys & Girls – Separate Groups)
This 8-week group supports teens in understanding anger, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Participants will build skills to regulate emotions, communicate more effectively, and respond to challenges with greater control and confidence.
Adult Anger Management Group (Ages 18+)
This 8-week group helps adults explore the roots of anger and how it shows up in relationships, work, and daily life. Participants will learn practical strategies to process difficult emotions, reduce reactivity, and respond with intention rather than impulse.
