Hardship & Asylum Immigration Evaluation Services

Psychological Assessments for Immigration Cases

At Rise Counseling Group, our team of independently licensed clinicians is dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological assessments essential for immigration proceedings. We conduct in-depth evaluations tailored to the specific needs of each client, helping to determine their eligibility to lawfully remain in the United States. Our assessments involve detailed interviews, the use of various diagnostic tools, and consultations with other individuals familiar with the client’s case, ensuring a thorough and informative evaluation. All our evaluation sessions are confidential and conducted with the utmost professionalism.

Types of Evaluations We Provide:

  • Extreme Hardship Cases: Assess the severe impacts that deportation could have on the individual and their family.
  • Spousal Abuse (VAWA) Cases: Evaluate the psychological effects of domestic violence within the context of immigration.
  • Political Asylum Cases: Detail the mental health consequences of persecution and the need for asylum.
  • U Visa Cases: Document the psychological aftermath of criminal activity affecting non-citizens.
  • T Visa Cases: Explore the psychological impact of human trafficking on victims seeking to remain in the U.S.
  • Cancellation of Removal Cases: Support clients facing deportation with evidence of undue hardship to themselves or family, emphasizing the significant, lasting effects on the individual’s mental and emotional well-being.
