Jasmine is currently in clinical training to obtain her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University/National University. She has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from American Intercontinental University.
She has completed the following courses: Cultural Diversity, Gender, and Family Development; Psychopathology, Diagnosis and Systemic Treatment; Legal, Ethical, and Professional Development in Marriage and Family Therapy, and Recovery-Oriented Care and Postmodern Family Therapy.
From early on in her life, Jasmine demonstrated and developed her passion and skills for listening, learning, and helping others with their emotional and relational baggage. Youth and young adults are especially drawn to her because of her effervescence and maternal nature. However, her personal experience has strengthened her desire to utilize the tools of professional therapy to help people of all ages discover pathways to healthy and rewarding relationships.
Her hobbies include movie-watching, traveling, theme-park/museum hopping with her husband of 16 years and their four children.
Jasmine is working under the supervision of De’Asia Thompson, LISW-S and clinical supervision of Dr. Noelle Chappelle, LIMFT, LPC.
